You approved my loan but I didn’t electronically sign as I had to
leave my computer briefly. How can I sign my loan from here?
We sent you a confirmation email to the email address you provided in your application. This email has Sign URL link, and User ID and Password. Click on the Sign URL link. You will be transferred to the secure web page, where you will be able to login and then to electronically sign two documents - a Loan Agreement and a PAD agreement.
I am an existing customer – can I change my details?
Log in to our Existing Customer Login. Here you can inform us of your change of details in the application Message Box. Please be aware that we may request confirmation before updating them . Alternatively you can send us an email here or call us at 1-877-606-5464.
Can I defer my loan?
Yes. You would be able to apply for a deferral via email here or call us at 1-877-606-5464. We require 5 business days advance notice in order to change the status of your loan.
As an existing customer, can I take out another loan?
You can apply for a new loan through our Existing Customer Login. If you develop a good track record with us, we may approve another loan appliction. As a responsible lender company, we will approve your application only if in our estimate you can easily pay it back on time.
How long will it take for me to get my new loan?
Your new loan funds will be electronically deposited to your account on the same day as you sign your new loan agreement. Please note, however, that it may take up to 24 hours to clear into your account, depending on the financial institution with which you bank.
